The price moves with quantity, the number of print locations, the garment you choose and whether you need it fast. Front and back roughly doubles the print. Tell us how many, what goes on them and when you need them, and you will get a per-shirt price.

With direct-to-film printing there is no real minimum, so small orders are welcome. The per-shirt price still comes down as the quantity goes up, because setup and handling are the same for one shirt as for fifty.

The technology. With screen printing, the ink goes directly onto the shirt, and you are limited in how many colors you can use. With DTF, the design is printed onto a film, the film is heat-pressed onto the shirt, and then peeled away, which allows full color on almost any fabric with no per-color charge. We will tell you which suits your job.

When a DTF print peels off, almost every time it is bad powder: it did not melt into the film correctly, so it never bonded to the shirt. That is the material, not the method. How long a print lasts depends on how the shirt is washed and how hard it is used; a work shirt washed daily wears faster than a weekend one. Some cracking after many washes is normal wear on any printed shirt. A print that peels off early is a bad print, period.

Wait a day after you get it, then wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. No bleach, no fabric softener. Hang dry or use low heat, and never iron the print. Dryer heat is what most cracked prints have in common.

Mesh for fences, construction sites and anywhere the wind hits it; the wind passes through instead of tearing it. Solid vinyl for walls, storefronts and indoors, where the color is punchier. Cutting wind slits in a vinyl banner weakens it and makes it tear faster, so when it is windy the answer is mesh.

Roughly one to three years for a quality banner, and less than that in full sun or constant wind. Dark colors on a south-facing wall age fastest, and that is normal, not a defect. Indoors a banner lasts far longer.

Coroplast yard signs are built for months, not years: a season or two outdoors depending on the sun. They fail at the stake slots and the grommet holes rather than in the print, and reds fade first. For a sign that has to look good for years, step up to aluminum.

No. It is corrugated plastic, made for temporary signs, and it warps and cracks in the weather. It is cheap up front and expensive over a few years of replacing it. An aluminum or composite panel costs more once and stays put.
