Quotes & orders
Submitting an inquiry starts a conversation; it does not place an order or charge a payment. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Production begins once artwork is approved in writing and any required deposit is received. Village permit fees are passed through at cost.
Artwork approval
We supply a proof before production. Once a proof is approved, the customer is responsible for the content, spelling and layout shown on it.
Turnaround
Stated lead times run from artwork approval, not from order date, and exclude village plan review, which is outside our control.
Installation
Installation quotes assume normal access. Sites needing road closure, traffic control or specialist lift equipment are quoted separately.
Returns & cancellations
Custom-manufactured goods cannot be returned once production has begun. Orders canceled before production are refunded less any design work completed.
Warranty
Fabrication and workmanship are warranted for one year from installation. LED components carry the manufacturer's warranty. Damage from weather, vehicles or vandalism is excluded.
Shipping
Printed goods not requiring installation can be shipped nationally. Signs requiring installation are limited to our service area.
