When you submit a quote request we collect the name, business, email, phone, location, project type and project details you provide, and an optional file attachment (JPG, PNG or PDF). We use them to prepare and discuss your quote.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes and drawings, file permit applications on your behalf where relevant, and keep records of work performed. We do not sell personal data.

Project requests and files

Submitted requests and attachments are stored on the website’s server for project review. They are kept outside the public website directory and are never displayed in the portfolio.

Sharing

Quote and project details may be shared with the village permitting office where a permit application requires it, and with installers working on your job.

External services

This website serves its own fonts, images and video — no third-party font or analytics request is made when a page loads, and no analytics cookie is set. Visit counts come from our own web server's standard access log, processed on our server; IP addresses are not stored in the statistics. Links to our online shirt and truck-decal stores lead to separate websites with their own privacy terms.

Retention

Project records are kept for the warranty period and as required for tax and permit records.

Your choices

Email info@123signs.com to request a copy of what we hold about you, or to have it deleted where we are not required to retain it. Include enough detail for the request to be identified.
