Using the website

Submitting a quote request or a question starts a conversation; it does not place an order or charge a payment. Content on this site (text, photos, drawings, videos) belongs to 123 Signs or its licensors and may not be reused without permission. You are responsible for having the rights to any artwork, logos or names you send us.

Text message (SMS) program

123 Signs, Inc. (doing business as Press My Crew) offers order updates and replies to your questions by SMS. How you opt in: by ticking “Text me order updates” at checkout on our custom-apparel store, by choosing “Text me” when asking a question on that store, or by texting us first. Opting in is not a condition of purchase. What you get: messages about your own order or question only — order received, payment received, proof ready, shipped with tracking, ready for pickup, and answers from the shop. No marketing messages. Frequency: varies with your order, typically 1–6 messages per order. Cost: message and data rates may apply. Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel; you will get one confirmation text and nothing more. Help: reply HELP, call 877-500-0021 or e-mail info@123signs.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How your number is handled is described in our Privacy Policy; we do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Liability

Our liability for any job is limited to reprinting or remaking the affected item or refunding what you paid for it, as set out on the Policies page.

Governing law
